What is the Dashboard?

A key section of the Home screen that displays real-time activity from modules.

The Dashboard is the main section of the Home screen that you'll see after logging in. It displays a collection of interactive Tiles, each tied to a module you have access to. Each Tile contains saved Views that show live record counts, giving you quick insight into your workload and key metrics. It acts as your central workspace where you can access records, monitor key activity, and quickly open the modules and views most important to your role. Every Dashboard is personalized to each user — meaning you only see the modules, Tiles, and views you need.

What You’ll See on the Dashboard:

  • Tiles: Each Tile represents a module and contains up to 4 saved views. The number on each view reflects the current count of records that match that filter.

  • Tile Controls: Use the plus icon (+) to add views, and the three-dot menu to customize or manage each Tile.

  • Dashboard Tools: Located at the top-right of the screen, these give you quick access to refresh the Dashboard, customize the color scheme, and hide/show hidden Tiles.
