How do I set the default Data Viewer columns for all users?
Every module's Data Viewer has an All view that lists every record in the module. This view is locked, so individual users cannot change its columns. System administrators set which columns it shows and in what order. This becomes the default layout everyone sees when they open the module.
Set the default columns
- Go to Account Settings and click Module Configuration.
- Select the module from the left panel.
- Click the Field Mapping tab. The column settings are on the right side of the panel.
- To add a column, click Add more and choose the field. Each field you add becomes a column in the All view.
- To remove a column, click the red trash icon next to the field.
- To change the order, use the up and down arrows. Fields higher in the list appear further to the left in the Data Viewer.
- Click Save. The All view updates immediately for every user.

Things to know
- This only controls the locked All view. Users can still create and save their own views with different columns.
- The left side of the Field Mapping tab controls a different setting: which fields appear on Recent Records and on the Property Profile.
✅ Pro Tip: Put the fields staff look at most, such as record number, applicant name, address, and status, at the top of the list so they appear first without scrolling sideways.
