How do I print the Monthly Dog License Report for the State of New Jersey?

Generate a state-required report listing all licenses issued in a specific month.

The Monthly Dog License Report is used to meet the State of New Jersey’s reporting requirements. It includes details about licenses issued in the month that your municipality must submit to the state.

Steps to print the Monthly Dog License Report

  1. From the Home Page, click Reports in the top navigation bar.

  2. Scroll to the Dog License section and select Monthly Dog License Report.



  3.  Or to access the report from the Data Viewer - Click the Reports dropdown at the top of the screen to select it.



  4. Enter the Month and Year you want to run, and the report will generate automatically.


  5. Use the download or print buttons to save or print the report for submission.
