How do I print documents/view email templates from the Data Viewer?

Use the Print function to generate documents and view email templates based on selected records in the Data viewer.

The Print function in the Data Viewer allows you to generate documents or preview email templates for one or multiple records. This is helpful for tasks like printing approval letters, reviewing emails, or preparing correspondence without opening each record individually.

Steps to Print a Document or View an Email Template:

  1. Open the Data viewer: Navigate to the data viewer of the module that contains the records you want to work with.

  2. Locate and Select Records: 
    • If your records are visible in the All view, you can select them from there.
    • If not, filter the records in the view or switch to a saved view that displays only the relevant records.
    • Use the checkboxes to select the records from the list.



  3. In the toolbar at the top of the Data Viewer, click Print.



  4. Select the Document you want to generate from the available options in the list.



  5. The documents will be generated based on the selected records.

  6. Click Print at the top right to send the document to your printer.

  7. Or, click X at the top corner to close the window and return to the Data Viewer.
