How do I issue a Dog License?
Finalize a dog license record after payment has been received and make the license official.
The final step in the process is issuing the license. Once payment is confirmed—whether through Pay Now, manual entry, or an e-payment—you can issue the license from the record’s Form View.
Steps to issue a dog license

Open the dog license record in Form View.
- Click the Issue License button in the high-level info section.

In the popup, confirm the Previous License # (if applicable) and the New License #, and click Save.
When you issue a license:

The record’s Status changes to Issued.

Date Issued and Expiration Date are recorded automatically.

A Renewal Reminder Date is populated.

The applicant receives an email with their license attached as a PDF.
