How do I hide/unhide Tiles on the Dashboard?

Organize your Dashboard by hiding Tiles you don't need and restoring them later when needed.

Your Dashboard can get busy if you have many Tiles displayed at once. Instead of deleting a Tile, you can hide it to keep your view clean while preserving the Tile’s setup. You can easily unhide Tiles at any time if you need them back.

Steps to Hide a Tile:

  1. From the Home page, view the list of your Tiles and find the Tile you want to hide.

  2. Click the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) located in the corner of the Tile.

  3. Select “Hide Tile” from the dropdown menu.

That’s it! The Tile will disappear from your Dashboard but is still saved in your hidden list.

💡 Hiding a Tile removes it from the Dashboard view but does not delete any records, views, or module information.

Steps to Unhide a Tile:

  1. At the top right of your Dashboard, find and click the eye icon with a slash through it.

  2. A panel will open showing all the Tiles you have hidden.

  3. Find the Tile you want to restore and click the eye icon next to it.

The Tile will reappear on your Dashboard.

Best Practices:

  • Hide Tiles you don’t need daily but want to keep configured for future use.

  • Periodically review hidden Tiles and remove any that are truly obsolete.
