How do I hide an address from the Public Map view?

Hide a property's profile and parcel information from appearing on the Public Maps.

Hide a property's profile and parcel details from the public-facing map when privacy or confidentiality is required. When enabled, this feature completely removes the property profile and parcel information from public view. This ensures that sensitive or confidential property details are not accessible on the GovPilot Public Map.

Steps to Hide an Address from the Public Map

  1. Navigate to the Property Profile for the address you wish to hide.

  2. At the top-right area, locate and the Hide From Public View checkbox.

  3. After checking the box, the checkbox will turn red, confirming the property will no longer appear on the Public Map.



  4. To make the property visible again, click the red checkbox. The red highlight will disappear, and the property will be shown on the Public Map again.
