How do I add a Tile to the Dashboard?
Add Tiles to highlight key metrics, records, or filtered views for quick access on the Dashboard.
Tiles are customizable, visual shortcuts that appear on your GovPilot Dashboard. They help you quickly monitor important metrics or access filtered records from a module without opening the Dataviewer. You can create tiles with views on your dashboard as long as the views were previously created. See How do I create a view? for steps to create and save views.
Steps to Add a Tile:
- Access the Dashboard interface on the Home Page. Click the '"Add a Tile" button.
- Search and select the views you want to include in the new tile. (1-4 max). You can narrow your search by entering the module name in the Search for a Module field and use the scroll bar to move through the list of Views.
❗Note: You cannot mix views from different modules within a single Tile. All views selected for a Tile must come from the same module. - Confirm your view selections by clicking "Add Tile".
- And that's it! You'll now see the tile on your Dashboard with the views you selected in it.
