How do I add views to a Tile on the Dashboard?
Update an existing dashboard Tile by adding more saved views—up to four total per Tile from the same module.
If you’ve already created a Tile on your Dashboard, you can add additional saved views to it. This allows you to group related views together in one Tile for easy access and monitoring.
Steps to Add Views to a Tile:

From the Home page, locate the Tile you want to update.

On the Tile, click the + icon.

Choose a saved view from the list that appears.

That's it! Once selected, the view will automatically appear inside the Tile.
💡 Note:
- Only views that are already saved in a module can be added to a Tile. If you need help creating a view, see: How do I create a View?
- You can only have 4 views per Tile. If your Tile already has 4 views, you’ll need to remove one before adding a new one.
- All views in a Tile must come from the same module. If you want to display views from different modules, create a separate Tile for each.
Best Practices:

Group related views together (e.g., different statuses of the same process).

Use clear naming for each view so users know what they’re clicking into.
