How do I access reports from the Home Page?

Use the Reports shortcut in the left-hand navigation to browse all available reports by module.

Reports are pre-built tools that display filtered data from a specific module. You can access all available reports directly from the Home Page, without needing to enter a specific module. This is helpful when you want to browse reports across multiple departments.

Steps to Access Reports from the Home Page:

  1. From the Home Page, click Reports in the left-hand navigation bar.

  2. Reports are organized alphabetically by module. Each section contains a list of reports tied to that module.

  3. Click the name of the report you want to access. You may need to use the scroll bar if your module has many reports.
  4. The report view will open, prompting you to enter applicable parameters before generating the report.

💡Notes:

  • Use the Home Page Reports shortcut to get a full view of available reports across all departments.

  • If you're already working within a record or the Data Viewer, or you want to view multiple reports, you can access reports directly from the Data Viewer. (see: How do I access Reports from the Data Viewer?).
