Reports are pre-built tools that display filtered data from a specific module. You can access reports from the Home Page or directly from inside the Data Viewer of a module. You may prefer accessing reports from the Data Viewer because the report opens in a tab within the same screen—allowing you to toggle between the report and your list of records without leaving the module. You can also open multiple reports this way, each in its own tab, making it easy to compare or reference different reports side by side.
Steps to access reports from the Data Viewer:
- Inside the Data Viewer of the module, click the Reports dropdown to view available reports for that module.
- Select the report you want to run.
- It will open as a new tab next to your records. Use the tabs to easily switch between your reports and records.
